A consulting service is offered to you, dependant or independent of a rental or real estate purchase.
After the initial telephone contact destined to understand the needs of the client, a fee of 200 euros/hour is applied.
Our principle missions are :
- To elaborate an efficient plan of action.
- To ensure its execution for the Croatian party and to achieve the most suitable adaptation for the foreign party
(authentification of foreign acts, creation of holdings, fiscal optimization for enterprises and private entities, etc.).
By the following principal means:
- Supervision and collaboration of all the various collaborators necessary to the operation:
Judicial advisors (lawyers, public notaries, taxation officials) and accountants whose experience and close
collaborations with our agency confirm their seriousness and competence.
- Expertise, always perfectible yet assured, of the Croatian institutional, judicial, banking and administrative systems,
notably large consumers of time and energy.
- Capacity to establish, in the field, connections with persons most often solicited
(Free Zone concessionaries, craftsmen, general contractors, service, administrative and institutional enterprises).
