YOU ARE A BUYER: THE NON EXCLUSIVE PURCHASE CONTRACTS
- You are a foreign buyer in Croatia.
EXEAT will accompany and advise you throughout the legal process of acquiring a real estate property. More than just an intermediary between you and the owner, with the cooperation of our selected team of lawyers, we will verify the ownership certificates, the cadastre books and all other necessary documentation needed to conclude the final purchase/sale contract of real estate. Two procedures are at your disposal: procedure in your rightful name or the creation of a company. We draft the contracts and finalize the registration of ownership. Finally, we will assist you in declaring the tax associated to the transfer of property. Our commission includes the ensemble of these services. EXEAT takes charge of all the necessary fees in order to finalize and authenticate the contract with a public notary as well as the fees linked to the registration process with the Croatian administration.
